KLRN Public Television encourages you to throw on your boots and cowboy hat as they kick off the 3rd annual Boots, Beer & BBQ event on Sunday, May 7.
This event is hosted by Jim and Estela Avery at the Alegria Barn, located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Francisco Espinoza of Francisco’s Restaurant is the event chair. Attendees will experience an afternoon filled with delicious Buzzie’s Bar-B-Q, craft beer and live music by the Allan Hendrickson Band.

“KLRN has been my station for almost as long as I can remember. I got hooked on KLRN in the early '70s with MASTERPIECE dramas and Upstairs Downstairs and have been a fan ever since! I am proud to support the station by chairing this event and bringing together friends and fans of public television in the Hill Country,” said Francisco Espinoza, Event Chair.
Optional transportation is available; luxury shuttle service (with beverages) can be taken from the KLRN studio for an additional fee. Tickets can be purchased through klrn.org/bbq for $50 per person or $65 per person with round-trip shuttle service. The shuttle will depart from KLRN at 1:15 p.m. and will return at 6 p.m.
