Weekdays at 11AM | SIT AND BE FIT This show empowers seniors to improve their lives through safe, effective wellness practices.
 
Mon. - Thurs. at 11:30AM | CLASSICAL STRETCH Hosted by former professional ballerina Miranda Esmonde-White, this program helps people of all ages and fitness levels to relax, strengthen their bodies and increase mobility.
 
Weekdays at 5AM; Fridays at 11:30AM | YOGA IN PRACTICE This program is a 13-part series led by master instructor Stacey Millner-Collins. The program is designed to teach the foundations of yoga to the at-home student, and to encourage a daily yoga practice that is more than simply physical exercise.        
 
September 11 at 12PM (noon) | FOOD OVER 50 Hosted by veteran television chef, David Jackson, “Food Over 50” tempts you with valuable nutritional information and healthy, flavorful recipes that focus on our dietary wellness and longevity.
