The 2016 Accountability ratings from the Texas Education Agency have been released for the more than 1,200 school districts across the state.
KSAT 12 News reports the ratings show 94 percent of Texas school districts have a “met standard” rating and that the percentage of schools with an “improvement required” rating have gone down.
Local districts fared better this year than last.
