Technology is being expanded in Bexar County to fight flash flooding impacts.
The county announced today that 92 new sites will receive High Water Alert Lifesaving Technology, or HALT, which monitors low-water crossings.
In addition, Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff announced the creation of a new website that will provide realtime data to residents.
