San Antonio International Airport scored high in customer service during the fourth quarter 2016 Airport Service Quality customer service survey.
The scores were determined by passengers who filled out surveys throughout the months of October, November and December.
Ratings are on a scale of “Excellent” (5.00) to “Poor” (1.00), from which SAT earned a score of 4.38, giving the airport an overall score of 3.35 for 2016. SAT has maintained high scores for the past 15 quarterly surveys.
The survey placed SAT fifth among 24 comparable airports, including nearby Austin and Dallas Love.
