The next time you visit a local restaurant, look for the letter grade on the wall.
The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District today changed to an A,B,C grade sign for restaurant inspections.
It will be given to the restaurants, but the business may choose not to post it.
Public disclosure of recent and past inspection scores are posted on the Metro Health website.
